Spotlessly clean, smoking hotel, I loved average rooms and impeccable staff. The staff did all they can for a brilliant stay. Lots of supplies in the room : WiFi, microwave and coffee. Continental breakfast had a nice variety. Their service was spectacular too. The property was near the heart of Zermatt...

The staff was fabulous and my room was neat. Healthy breakfast, superb service. Spotless hotel with a touristic location. The pool was excellent and the garden - beautiful.

The large large balcony was a bonus. The room faced the mountain. Restaurant Alpenhof, located within 15 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. We would definitely visit it again if we go to Zermatt;))
